We invite you to present at the 2017 Climbing Wall Summit. If you have a topic that is relevant to the sport of climbing, business development, climbing wall management, climbing wall operations, recreation law, et cetera, and would like to share your knowledge, information, or skills with others, please submit a proposal for a pre-conference workshop or conference session. Strengthen the climbing wall industry by sharing your expertise!
Pre and Post Conference Workshops
Pre-conference workshops are intended to provide in-depth interactive training or information in half-day, full-day, or multi-day formats. Pre-conference workshops will be offered the week of May 15, 2017. Half-day and full-day pre-conference workshops will take place on Monday, May 15th through Thursday, May 18th, 2017. All pre-conference workshops will conclude no later than 5:00pm on Thursday May 18th, prior to the keynote address and opening reception at the Embassy Suites Hotel Conference Center and Spa in Loveland, CO. Post conference workshops will take place on Sunday, May 21st through Monday, May 22nd. Fill out the proposal form below to submit your application!
Conference session will be offered in single session (75-minutes) or double sessions (two adjacent 75-minute blocks) on Friday May 19th and Saturday May 20th, 2017. Conference sessions are intended for educational content, and cover topics A to Z, but please - no sales pitches - attendees expect educational content in conference sessions. Past session topics have addressed: business development, marketing, administration, operations, risk management, training, human resources, and current issues or trends. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all sessions are filled.
Product Presentations help attendees stay abreast of new goods and services on the market, differentiate between offerings, and allow attendees to ask questions. Product presentations are scheduled to not overlap with regular conference sessions. Product presentations are available to the sponsors and exhibitors who make the Summit possible.
